    David DuVall Douglas,

    David DuVall Douglas

    David is President and sole stockholder of Douglas Development, a South Carolina based developer of single-family homes plus multi-family and independent senior apartment communities. Since 1973, the company has developed approximately 300 single-family homes and over 4,800 senior and multi-family apartment units in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, Tennessee and Maryland. To date, total development exceeds $476 million. David graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1972 with a BS in Business Administration.

    Brad Queener

    Brad Queener is the President of Bradley Development Company, Inc., a real estate development and consulting firm and a co-founder of Progress Builders. Mr. Queener is also the sole member of Bradley Housing Developers, LLC, a company dedicated to the development of multi-family housing communities throughout the nation. Mr. Queener graduated with a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Florida in 1993.

    Michael Francis Allard,

    Michael Francis Allard

    Mr. Allard has 25 years of experience in the real estate development industry. He has held executive positions with Griffon Associates and senior project management positions with The Oakwood Companies and Avalon- Bay Communities. He has participated in the development pursuit and led the construction of thousands of apartment homes throughout the United States and the Caribbean. He attended Western Michigan University and the University of California, Berkeley.

    Paul Gradeff

    Paul Gradeff has more than 25 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management, consulting, finance and development in Northern California and markets nationwide. His expertise extends to investment underwriting, asset and property management, tenant leasing, investment marketing and sales, and negotiating and closing asset acquisitions and dispositions. Paul has also worked for PNC Bank and GE Capital Investment Advisors. Paul graduated with a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina.

    Andrew Weddle,

    Andrew Weddle

    Andrew Weddle

    Andrew Weddle, a respected leader in the commercial real estate industry for over 25 years, has successfully completed an array of complex transactions ranging from acquiring distressed debt to developing taxcredit properties. Andrew was a partner with Olympia Partners, a developer of historic properties. There, he spearheaded the adaptive reuse of two one-hundredyear- old cotton mills into loft apartments valued at 82 million. Andrew secured third-party financing for this historic development. Andrew obtained a graduate degree from the Wharton School of Real Estate at the University of Pennsylvania.
